  The food is good, but not good enough to deal with the customer service. When you call Rosatis it goes to a call center first. You may be waiting for approximately 10-30 minutes. When you have a problem with your order, which we had today, missing 2 orders of breaded mushrooms, you are again on hold. Then you are hung up on, for us twice. You actually never speak to someone at Rosatis. The whole point of ordering delivery is so you don't have to go to the restaurant, but we are planning to go due to principal. Order through doordash: they had pictures that the order given to them was incomplete. Per doordash policy they cannot look in the bag. We do not blame our doordash delivery guy. He was actually helpful and answered quickly. Update: Rosatis called back and were apologetic and tried to make things right. So I will change my 1 star review to 2 stars because the amount of time and energy it took to get to someone was absolutely ludacris. You may ask why we even took this time? Because we were hungry, they have a delicious white pizza (meaning no red sauce), and their breaded mushrooms with their BBQ sauce is delicious.

  Was emailed a coupon but when I tried to use it on the website it didn't work. So I called in and they knew about the promo and tried to apply it and it still didn't work. So I was told she would transfer me to someone that could apply the promo. Was on hold for 20 mins before I decided to hang up.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Rosati’s. I ordered a pizza through DoorDash that ended up being completely ruined, and I paid $135 for it. I understand that DoorDash issues are separate from the restaurant, and I was willing to pay to have the pizza remade which I did. However, the issue wasn’t just the situation, it was the lack of courtesy and professionalism. After placing and paying for a second order, I was told their card machine wasn’t working and that I had to use cash. Strangely, shortly after, other customers were able to use their cards with no problem. As someone who is from out of town, this made the experience even more frustrating and confusing. It honestly felt like there was no real effort or willingness to help resolve the situation fairly. At that point, the whole experience became disappointing and unnecessary. Customer service goes a long way, and this was definitely lacking. If I could give them zero stars I definitely would ‼️‼️‼️

  Rude customer service the little short lady was rude no kind of customer service training at all I will never go to this location again you just made us Chicago people look bad fire her

  A horrible experience ordering online. I gave them my all the information including my credit card number and then there was no confirmation my order was placed. And, guess what? Their phone number doesn’t work. Guess I’ll try somewhere else. I’ll never try ordering here again.
