- ARArthur Rapkin2 days ago1.0I have been a customer of Rosati‘s for over 25 years. I don’t know, but I suspect that Rosati‘s was bought out. The new owner/Management has changed the pizza recipe and ingredients dramatically and has now reduced it to less than a cheap frozen store bought product which you could buy in the grocery store for between six and $10 the pizza that I ordered was a 12 inch pepperoni pizza. I didn’t see any pepperoni on the pizza and when I called to ask about why I received a cheese pizza when I ordered a pepperoni pizza I was told that I And under it would be the pepperoni. I actually did that and found out that they used about 1/3 the amount of pepperoni that any pizza would’ve had on it. The amount of cheese that was on the pizza was about half of the amount of cheese on any pizza That you could find that would have pepperoni buried underneath a thin layer of cheese. Pepperoni pizza is always and I mean always have pictures of the pizza and you can see the pepperoni not these pizzas. Stay away from wasting your money. I spent over $23. On this crappy cheap pizza

I placed the order at 504pm. After 50 minutes,I called them 5 times to get an update and couldn't get anyone on the phone, no matter what number I pushed. They call me at 622pm telling me my pizza will be ready shortly. I requested to cncl the order and told the man I was going to write a review. Very nonchalantly he says "ok." Apparently he didnt care about the $96.75 pizza order. I will NOT order from that location again. I called Menomonee Falls. They answered quickly, and took my order. I had my pizza in 30 minutes or so.
