  I’ve been coming herefor about a month now it’s the only one in town used drive-through. In the morning The first woman who attended me was super sweet. She was older and so I understand mistakes happen. She took my card process the payment I seen the receipt come out and she put my card down on the side of the register and she didn’t turn my way or open the window at all so I thought she forgot it happens we all make mistakes so the next window the lady is staring at me from outside wondering why I’m not moving forward so I moved to the next window and I explain to her. The other lady has my card. I just need my card back and she says well did you pay? did your payment go through? Was it declined? And I tried to explain to her no I seen the receipt come out the older woman just did not give me back my card. I need my card and so she proceeds to tell me that I have to wait or go back in the drive-through but mind you somebody already pulled forward so I am no longer able to go back to that window and then she says well you can move to the side and wait for the manager and I asked her can you just please ask the lady for my card she probably just forgot to give it back. and she goes. Nope With an attitude, shakes her head and turns her back on me like I’m sorry, but that was so rude. I’ve worked in fast food myself before and I can assure you I have never treated anyone that way through the drive-through. And then she tried to lie to me and say your card must have declined because the receipt did not print in the front register and I told her the lady processed my payment and I seen the receipt come up. She just forgot to give me back my card and to open the window again or to even look towards the window because I was trying to get her attention so I can get my card back and then the rude one says yea we don’t open the register for card transactions. I told her I said the window not the register. I won’t ever be going again in the morning if I really want McDonald’s in the morning, I’ll drive to Whitewater. It’s not worth the rudeness completely messes up your day when someone is rude first thing in the morning when you’re not trying to be.

  I've been going to this McDonald's for over 3 years now every morning getting two coffees with nine creams and nine sugars they can't even put the sugars in correctly
