For $20+ for a sandwich and drink. Please include the napkins and mayo/mustard . You don't pay your employees enough to live off, I know a few condiments won't hurt your bottom line.

I have ordered from this store for a long time without issues, however, last sandwich was a horrible experience. Half way eating my sandwich there was a long hair mixed with the ingredients. Disgusting!! Called to make them aware and they offered to remake the sandwich, not even at the very least reimburse it. Do you really think I'm going to eat another sandwich potentially made from the same person? One of the most disgusting experiences I have had in a while...
