Placed the order in the app. I got to the place and they did not have ANY donuts available and they wouldnt get any prepared (seriously how can you refuse to serve one of your core menu items.) I was offered no reasonable substitution, they couldnt cancel the order, and I couldnt get a refund. Ive called 3 separate times over 4 days to talk to a manager. Not a single time was one there. Im giving up getting my money back, keep the $10. I will NEVER go to this dunkin donuts again. Service there is incompetent.
