  Extremely rude and unprofessional management. Extremely high turnover. Most regular employees can’t even pronounce espresso correctly. Inconsistent production. Drinks aren’t filled up all the way.

  I went through the drive through at 7:30 AM yesterday morning. Friday, April 17th 2026. I tried to order an iced latte and was told they had no syrups or other items to make any specialty drinks. They only have cream and coffee. I tried to order some food and was told they were not running the kitchen due to being short staffed. Which I would have more than understood if I didn't pull up to the window and see more than 4 people working. I used to work fast food. I had days where there were only 3 of us in the establishment and still ran a full kitchen. Why does dunkin donuts need more than 4 people to make coffee especially when I was told they couldn't do anything but serve black coffee??? And to top it all off, I had ordered a large hot coffee and I notice through the window they had about 8 drinks ready to hand out, chillers, iced coffees, and some hot drinks. None of which were mine. The whole process took more than 15 minutes. Awful experience. This is why I never go to dunkin donuts. Starbucks would NEVER do this.

  Not great. I drove from Watertown as a hungry college student and ordered a sandwich only they had none. horror story. so i ordered the bacon avocado toast and when i received it, i was so hungry and opened the box to this!!! 5 pieces of tiny shredded bacon on thinly buttered toast. Will not return anytime soon…

  This location is a train wreck. 2:43 pm roll through. They have no oat milk. Asked if they do birthday drinks because I see nothing in my app. She said I don’t know. Okay great. Then she gives me a coffee that isn’t full for just under $6. Starbucks would never. I’m not sure why I put myself through the disappointment.

  Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told they wouldn’t accept a $50 bill as store policy. I asked if they thought it would be a good idea to put up a sign so people don’t have to sit in line only to be told their money isn’t accepted. The manager’s response was “corporate doesn’t say we have to do that “. Might just be the courteous thing to do though 🤷🏻‍♂️
