  I dont know if there was ever a time I went through this drive through and they didn't mess up my order. Time and time again im missing items I've paid for. Also being pushed though to order as soon as you get to the window just for my order to not be fully complete is down right terrible. If you want to get what you pay for dont come here.

  Had to wait awhile in the drive thru and was told to pull around to the front. Which is fine, whatever. I would rather wait and have my order complete and done right. Instead we waited to get this. This is supposed to be a supreme doritos locos taco. Hard to be supreme when there is barely anything in it. Sad.

  After working a 12 hour shift, then moving to a new home in a different city, on the way home, I sent my roommate to get my online order and she went to get a quick meal for her family, after ordering her meal for her family she proceeds to request for my online order, while rudely being told that she needed come back around to order that. So she went and came back around, while the guy taking orders was making snude comments like "I was wondering where you went and when you'd be back" as if he didn't just make her go back through with 8 more vehicles behind her by that time. It's one thing to tell a customer they have to go back through but you can do it without the rude comments, very unprofessional in my opinion even for a fast food restaurant. I get you have corporate timing how long a vehicle triggers the timer until the vehicle leaves, but making customers go back around for a separate order while the other food is getting cold and soggy just to make sure your franchise is running efficiently is kind of wack. Sounds like you're wanting to push business and revenue for your company away. If we didn't just work a long day while moving on top of it we would have went to the other location across town. Especially if we knew your employee was throwing a tantrum and practically throwing the food into her vehicle. #DoBetter

  took so long to get 3 tacos and the lady, twice now is like “You can’t do two separate orders” It’s literally the same thing as another car pulling up? Why do i have to pull completely around again or go inside? It’s also 8 o clock, yall close at 2, get it together. She gave us nasty looks through the window and didn’t accept a coupon that says “ACCEPTED AT ALL FOND DU LAC AND OSHKOSH STORES” ??? Also we asked for cinnamon twists and never got them?
