During my most recent visit, the employee working was extremely rude, making faces, smacking her mouth, and responding with attitude when we asked simple questions like whether large cups were available. On top of that, the portions were unreasonably small. I paid over $12 for a bowl and received literal teaspoon amounts of ingredients. When I asked for cilantro, I was given only a few pieces. I also felt uncomfortable asking for extra toppings because of how dismissive the employee was, including comments like “you know that’s extra, right?” said in a very unpleasant tone. I understand supply issues happen, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service or extremely skimpy portions. If I’m paying full price, I expect reasonable portions and basic courtesy. Sadly, this location doesn’t deliver on either.
