"Manager" seemed more concerned about me cancelling my tip (I regularly (every time) leave $5+ Tips) than the obvious failure of this particular delivery driver. Replacement order delivered, & the driver only complained about having to deliver in zero degree weather. Said the VERY cold food I returned to him "was garbage", no kidding... This is the service I get while leaving $5+ tips? I can only imagine what others receive... Some people work a lot harder than these people ever will and generously tip them out of the kindness of their hearts. It comes across as extremely ungrateful of them to feel entitled to a tip, rather than having to actually earn it... Congratulations, you've lost an otherwise regular customer. There are so many other pizza places; local ones, that give back to the community, to choose from. Thanks for making the choice so very easy for me...
