If you want good customer service go the one on the other side of town. They give out pup cups for free and are always nice. This place will charge for a pup cup like it comes out of their pockets.

- SSSpencer S.Jul 6, 20252.0I had issues with delivery in the past so I decided I would walk to the restaurant, all I wanted was an ice cream cone, I walked in and was told that the store doesn't allow pets, yes I understand the store doesn't allow pets as it's a food establishment. I pointed out that my dog is a service animal and she is very clearly marked as well, they had asked for documentation and certification, I then pointed out that documentation and certification is a scam, the guy I think was a manager had me go to the other register to order my food and I felt extremely rushed to get out of the establishment just because I have a service animal. I think the workers could use a bit more training about service animals.

I call to let them know the mistake, and the only offer is for me to drive back. I said no, just let them know to double check orders before handing them out. Now today, my husband goes to get an m&m and a cotton candy blizzard. They are melted. They were melted when they flipped them over in the drive through and leaked everywhere, yet they STILL didn't offer to make new ones. What has happened to the quality here? We live right down the road for 4 years now and frequent this location often. We'll drive across town to the Johnson Street location, because even with gas prices, WE'RE STILL SAVING MONEY
