  It seems over the years being open tje store is not improving. I have experienced a few different things at this location going at different times of the day. Most mornings my coffee is great the Manager is there. She is so friendly and knows what she is doing and makes sure I get my extra caramel and that it is hot. On another morning the store didn't open on time,but the app was taking mobile orders so when I arrived the store was closed. I called later that day to get a refund and said I would have to call corporate and they couldn't help me because the stores system wasn't up and running and couldn't see my order, but I had order proof on the app under recently purchased. Sometimes there is inconsistencies on the coffee taste depending on the barista. I've had great tasting caramel coffee and then their would be times where it tasted bad. I would never order the food there its just not worth the price for small portioned microwaveable tasteless food. (See photo below for reference.) My wait times were not bad at all. The smoothies are decent, are they the best in town no. The only time I got upset was when I went through the drive-thru and I wanted to purchase the cup from the outside window display and the barista was pretty rude got an attitude, rolled eyes, and proceeded to say the drive-thru was too busy to add the cup to my order (there was only 1 car) and I would have to go inside to purchase it and this was before I paid for my coffee yet so she could had added it to my open transaction yet. I just said forget it and she handed me my drink with some force after that. I wished I could have taken my tip back. Besides this unfortunate encounter and a few poorly made drinks overall its not bad if you are craving a coffee flavor they have in a pinch.

  Yesterday I went through drive up at around 3pm. Order my usual ice mocha with half dark and half milk chocolate. I’ve ordered that drink for probably more than 10 years. Anyway the person who made my drink handed it to me. It looked too dark so asked her are you sure it’s dark and milk chocolate. She looked me straight in the eye and said yes. I doubted her and drove off. Started drinking it and it was clearly all dark chocolate. Way to rich so when I got home I poured a little out and added some skim milk to make it less rich. Wasn’t great but was better. Very disappointing for a beverage that cost me $8 with the tip.

  Had an issue with the app and getting my free coffee and the manager was wonderful and assured me I'd get my coffee free whether the app worked or not. My Christmas drink was amazing! Thank you Caribou!

  Every single coffee i order is exactly how i expect it no matter who makes it. And the staff is always friendly. New favorite coffe spot as of a couple of months ago
