  Ordered takeout 30 minutes + before arriving walked in, place had people inside but wasn't busy, had to wait another 10 minutes to finally get home and realize part of my order is missing. I guess it's my fault I should know better, this location has a long history of not being great at anything

  Travels from out of town. My wife's order fine. My order..couldn't eat. The boneless wings were so dry and tough. Ordered sauce garlic parm on the side..it wasn't included.

  Tried to charge my card for a dine and dash table for $117.56. then the manager claimed who we came in with them and we didn't even walk in with them. They were there when we got there. Then he didn't want to refund me. Lied to the cops with that saying we came in with them. Never once went in with them. They were there when we got there again. Don't even know who they were. Lady was serving them their drinks instead of us our food and drinks while they were stumbling to the bathroom. I'm just glad it's all on camera but I'm sure he'll try and say now. The cameras ain't working as he tried to lie to the office officer. Worst experience ever. Don't ever go there if you want fraudulent charges, management, lying to the police etc. Along with the waitress trying to do fraudulent charges. When you could clearly see her, try and laugh and say that the card was on there table when she slipped it out of her hand and acted like she grabbed it off the table and I watched the whole thing while sitting at my table. It's really sad nowadays what people will do for money.

  Placed online order and my wife sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before seeing an employee. Went to find a worker and explained what was going on and they laughed... Yes they laughed!!! Asked for manager and explained to him and another worker came out of nowhere yelling that I was lying about being there for 10 minutes. I was NOT! I showed up at the exact time that I was told that my order would be ready. Then, I was told that my order was given to someone else.. THEN...To top it off, I was promised a full refund and I had to Call twice to remind them and still haven't received it. Bottom line, this location has SERIOUS management problems. When they make mistakes, not only do they get disrespectful but they do NOT make it right. The food is good but do yourself a favor and 100% find a different location.

  Service has never been great at this location. Had my worst experience here this evening. Arrived and was told it would be about a 15 minute wait for a table so my party of 3 decided to wait. It took 45 minutes for us to be seated. We then waited for a server to come to our table. After waiting another 15 minutes, no one came to our table and no wait staff acknowledged we were there. Numerous wait staff passed our table and no one stopped. We got up and left.
