  Somehow I’ve only been here when Brad is working, but he never disappoints! Super kind, quick service, delicious food and drink. It’s a weekly stop for me now. Bahama mama ftw

  Horrible! Person that took order acted if they were stoned. Could not take any orders correctly after couldn’t count change for cash once figured out tried to give it to someone else then expected me to climb over 2 people and a counter to reach over for it since he went to a different till, I have a walker and service dog so not easy to just grab the change, once he finally brought my change to me We sat and waited and watched all the other very unhappy customers as well. Check out man never took my name for order even though given when asked. Finally a bag of food came after lengthy wait with 1 sandwich and a bag of chips saying that was it, that order missed a smoothie and 2 other people did not get food at all. Finally once the rude lady walked off and never returned the same worker who checked us out wanted my receipt finally came back brought sandwiches and chips with an error to what was ordered and said here you go, no smoothies given had to let this worker know again we needed 3 smoothies so again disappeared and came back with 2 out of the 3 when confirmed that one had the ingredient that need the substitute in it (anaphylactic reaction) he sighed couldn’t say which was correct just mumbling took one not telling us if it had the ingredient or not and again walked away waited again then came back and smoothie came that was for other person. No straws were given so again on our way out we had to ask for straws also my receipt back. The food was absolutely horrible. The smoothies tasted like water down dirty strawberries we got the Sunrise Sunset and Paradise Point since we couldn’t tell or know because not told what smoothie had the ingredient substitute like ordered we threw it away because we couldn’t have someone having a life threatening reaction and it was disgusting so nobody else in the party wanted it. This was over $40 wasted in cash on food and a waste of my time. There was other employees that could have helped if this employee is new or known to struggle this bad there was no excuse for this. I can only hope I was NOT treated this poorly for having my service dog present. My Service Dog was on my walker the entire time never touching a surface in this restaurant. I intentionally had him on there and doing his tasks for me due to this being a restaurant and respecting this business and sanitation although there is no reason he could not have been on the floor helping me with task work. I actually kept him up for the part of waiting for my food while at the tables away from others and the counter but was made to feel so uncomfortable and the fact my order couldn’t be completed correctly multiple times it did make me think the restaurant had a problem with him. You did make me feel unwelcome and feel as we should leave without saying it by giving this kind of service. This was excessively bad service and I do not feel it was coincidental. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone disabled as they do not give the most accessible accommodations to our needs and this kind of service and standard is not acceptable for anyone. There are many other wonderful smoothie options in town I would recommend trying one of them.
