I'm always greeted with a smile here from the manager. He's a funny guy and very personable. The food is always great, fast service and I've been eating here about every 3rd week since I've started my job in Madison. Give it a shot! If something is wrong with your order they've always corrected it with zero issues.

Usually I don't have many issues at Qdoba, but today I had a terrible experience. I went in and there was not a line. I wanted to order three meals and a kids meal, but the employees were acting annoyed so I ended up deciding to give my meal to my daughter so I didn't bother them by asking them for another meal.
At checkout, the employee gave me my total before asking if I wanted anything else (chips, drink, etc.) and I told her that I wanted chips and queso. She rolled her eyes and added the queso and I paid. They handed me the food but never got my chips. When I asked for chips, they told me that chips don't come with the queso. I tried telling her that I asked for chips and queso not just queso, and she rolled her eyes again and said that chips don't come with queso. I didn't feel like continuing the interaction so on my way home I went to the grocery store to buy chips.
We don't get Qdoba super often, and while past experiences haven't necessarily been anything to write home about this was the first truly bad experience I've had at this location. I'm not going to avoid this location entirely, but it certainly won't be my first choice when I'm in the area.

I have a service animal and was treated with nothing but rudeness. Your staff should be cognizant of talking bad about customers in Spanish in front of them thinking they don't know Spanish. Your staff should also be informed on service animals and rather than making me feel unwelcomed. I wasn't even allowed at the counter to order and was forced to shout my order. I've never been treated this way anywhere it was hurtful and disgusting.

I have eatin here for 3 years straight now and i also have eatin over 100 meals from this location, so heres my honest review…. It sucks and heres why, they cant seem to make my food correctly ..no matter how many times i complained or contacted corporate they just cant. Sometimes im missing queso, sometimes its the bag of extra chips i ordered, or the extra rice i ordered being really low as if someone is playing a sarcastic joke on me since i asked for extra. The food is absolutly DELICIOUS yes but whi wants to eat somewhere that cant seem to get your order correct?! Also the employees i have seen over the years at that location come and go have been terrible to say the least, i have had 1 verbal altercations over the years with one employee in particular and he picked up the bowl i was having him prepare and acted as if he was going to throw it at me thr little hispanic guy with the stomach who always makes tha bowls. Also the short manager with the baldspot and glasses attempted to fake stick me up in the store with a broom as i was grabbing my utensils next to the soda machine, in an attempt to mae the other customers looking laugh, he placed the tip of thr broom on my lower back and said “ hey give me everything you got” and as i turned around in utter confusion he laughed, as i looked around at all thr other customers they also laughed…. I wasnt laughing. Maybe he thought it was funny because im a black man and everyone else in the store was white, idk…. One thing i do know is i hate this location. Also the bowl is ordered today was wrong, again 🙃
