They got all of the subs I ordered wrong. I had to explain what "Jimmy it up" means and they still didn't do it right. This is not the first time this location has messed the hole thing up. Sorry but will not be back. You guys suck.

The food is always great, but there have been countless times when I’ve ordered for delivery and they’ve called me to update me on the status of my order even when it’s been through DoorDash or Uber eats. Countless times I have been given extra chips or desserts for free when I’ve had to come pick up orders myself if there has been no one to deliver the food. If you guys are absolute rock stars and are always a pleasure!

The nighttime "manager" needs a huge lesson in customer service. On November 8th we placed an order for delivery. After almost an hour of not hearing about the order being out for delivery we called to inquire. We were told there was not a nighttime driver and they had to use an outside source for delivery. When I tried to voice my frustration that this was not "freaky fast", calmly might I add, I was hung up on. And when I tried to call back the phone would not be answered, and my order was cancelled. I drove to the store to place the same order and when the manager, Jeffrey (or so he said his name was) realized I was the same person, I told him I didn't appreciate being hung up on, and he replied he didn't appreciate my attitude. He promptly hit cancel on the credit card machine and told us to get out and that he had the right to refuse service to anyone and in the same breath said he could call the cops. He was completely over reactive and should not be employed in a customer service field, and definitely not manager material. I was appalled at this whole interaction. We usually order weekly from this store.

Turn the music down! Great googly moogly, I might be able to hear you speaking to me. And give it up with the tips. I'm sick of 15% staring me in the face when the cashier hits two buttons and mumbles something I can barely hear because the music is so loud! Other than that the food was fine.
