My wife called to confirm that the address was right because online ordering can come with mistakes. The guy that answered the phone was extremely nice and polite and said he would check. The manager or supervisor that he asked responded, “tell them they will get it when they get it.” The kid who didn’t realize my wife heard told her that they were backed up and busy very politely. That being said it took another 15-20 minutes for it to show up and we received a room temperature pizza at best. I will no longer recommend this pizza or order it from the Evansville location.
