The last time we ordered online, we ordered 4 foot long subs and 3 6” subs. When we got in, everything was bagged and ready to go. We should have checked before we left (our mistake), when we got home, we saw that we only received 1 foot long and the rest 6”. Also missing the added avocado on most of the sandwiches. Now, I wouldn’t complain normally, but that is close to $20 worth of food we didn’t receive. I tried contacting both via phone and subway support, but never once heard a response or was offered to make the issue right. To me, that is very poor customer service. I understand human error, just make it right. That’s all I ask.
