  I ordered fresh coffee and said if I had to wait for it, I was good with that The man who took the order was great. He said he ordered fresh coffee and he did. I drove up to the window and a woman had my coffee ready and waiting for me. She seemed to be rushing me. I drove off. Planned to enjoy McDonald's fresh large coffee. I tried a couple times to drink it and couldn't. The coffee was not fresh. Didn't even smell like a fresh coffee smes but I ignored that. I had to pour it out. Could NOT drink it. Couldn't go back but I was disappointed. I had paid for a bad cup of coffee. I stopped at another McDonald's a week later requesting coffee the same way. On my way home, I was going to start drinking my coffee. I always order it black, no cream, no sugar. I was gone from that town. Luckily for some reason I opened the top. There was milk in it. I had to pour that one out, too, after paying for it. I realize people who don't drink coffee think die-hard fresh coffee drinkers like me won't know the difference so they don't make an effort to please the customer. You lose business. I'll go to Dunkin Donuts.

  oh my goodness, workers are so insanely rude! a worker was so rude that my dad literally drove away! another time, a worker was literally yelling at my mom. i recommend door dashing instead of even talking to those workers.

  Still have not received my 10 dollar refund I was supposed to months ago after employees refused to serve me 20 minutes before close with an outgoing mobile order, then cussed me out on the phone and hung up when asking for my money back the next day becuase they were “closed” at 10:40 when their open till 11 DO NOT EAT HERE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE REGION, drive to east Troy is worth it for actual service

  I dont leave reviews but everytime in this McDonald's is a new worst experience. Dont think ive ever been in and kut under a half-hour, employed will sit there talking about random nothings with a lobby full of pissed off people. Then after sitting there for a half-hour your almost guaranteed to get something wrong.if I was McDonald's id clean slate and get rid of everyone and start clean.always and everytime the worst McDonald's experience
