    The new owner or I think manager was incredibly nice and sweet. He was so fast and understanding. Even gave the little one another pair of the socks from the sold out grinch collection. Top stars to him and the team.

    I don’t know what is going on with McDonald’s 3 times now my order has been messed up. And it’s all different times. This time is breakfast who forgets the ham on egg muffins. First time it was missing items, second time order was correct but food was made wrong and now this.

    5 out of 10 times my order is always wrong I'm sick and tired of running inside to get what they forgot to put in the bag or switch out the wrong sandwich. Everything is right in front of them for each order why is it so difficult to put the correct items in each bag.

    Rating one star due to experience. Fiancé ordered a double quarter pounder with Mac sauce and bacon and when we got home no patties were on the burger not even one patty (picture attached). He added chicken nuggets to try and salvage the burger that was paid for took one bite and found a long black hair in the food.Fiancé called and talked to a very nice man who later found out was the shift lead. The shift lead was quick to make things right and offered to make the food again. When we went in to have it remade the manager (not the shift lead) was rude to his employee for remaking the meal and told the shift lead he should’ve only remade the burger. While both would’ve been okay, I don’t think the manager should’ve yelled at his employee for making an executive decision. We will probably go to this location again for convenience but not the manager. Rating 3 stars for service because of the employee willing to make it all better.
