This might just be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Even the locations in the hood of Milwaukee are better food was nice and hot but all of it taste old. Chicken sandwich was rubbery and the daily McDouble tasted sour. Never again will I order here

Waited for 10 minutes to receive service at the counter finally gave up probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I watched the staff laugh and goof off well I was waiting to be helped 4 staff members made eye contact with me but didn't address me

Elkhorn McDonald’s pushed out the old mangers. Under new management still has a lot issues problems.One time I found a fly in the bottom of my milk shake. A lot times the tables are dirty. The soda machine area is dirty. Often the employees are loud don’t always talk good clean family friendly business. Sometimes the staff goof off more than they do their jobs only there for the paycheck. McDonald’s staff let loud pre teens Teens run around McDonald’s making loud noises, making messes, pre teens loud for orher customers. Pre teens pushing each other hitting. McDonald’s Staff look at the pre teens and don’t say anything about their behavior. The new Manager at McDonald’s wants people to use the kiosk instead of counter service. Sometimes it takes awhile to someone to take your order or get your order.

This location has been declining for a while. Orders are often incorrect, the lobby and drink stations are frequently messy, and staff seem overwhelmed. What’s more frustrating is that these problems don’t feel temporary, they’ve been consistent for years.
It’s clear the issues go beyond the employees working the counter. Upper Management appears disconnected from daily operations, and customer feedback doesn’t seem to lead to improvements. When you see multiple reviews saying the same thing, it’s not a coincidence, it’s a pattern.
I truly hope the franchise ownership takes this feedback seriously and starts addressing what customers and employees have been reporting for a long time. The community deserves better from such a "prominent" local business.

This McDonalds is garbage. I went in on Saturday morning waited 45 min for a breakfast biscuit meal. My order wasn’t even taken until 5 minutes of me standing there looking at the dude. ( who looked like he wished I would just leave) Paid …. no drink cup. I understand being busy I worked in fast food. But seriously ??? Never going back. Go to Delavan they seem to have employees who actually do the job.
