Was pleasantly surprised with how well this team works together. The food was fanominal for a wing place. If you need more we got a 30 piece wing original half atomic and half hot honey rub with drinks and large fries. The place over all is a bit small but they make the best of it! I do fell like pickup orders where priority allthough sadly I believe this is more then responsible. As if you have time to dine in you have a bit of time to wait although they should still hevily respect the in persons time as a priority to a extent and potentially be more tentative to the customerin store. As we waited a decent while for our food, for people talking pick ups and other items allthough over all this is 10/10 the best place in eauclaire to get wings, there still is room for continuous improvement. Allthough over all the team seems to be working together the best they can to make a welcoming and over all speedy environment with the room/space provided to them. I look forward to continuing to see where this location goes in the future and will definitely be a recurring customer. Finally the staff is doing there best to meet the demand. Give them, Some credit its a small place as well as being brand new. They are coming in with better wings then any place anywhere close to eauclaire im my opinion! (From the flavors we tried) I personally hope they keep up the quality and hard work, as this definitely makes them stand out.! Allthough i personally wish they where in a bigger restaurant style building this is a good start especially if the team keeps the same level as it was well worth the wait in person. This is a personal comment but I definitely hope they do not change the atomic flavor as it is a well crafted perfect mix of - its definitely hot for heat lovers and it definitely has flavor.!

y’all doing gods work fr. I love wingstop n most the time its not even super great quality at other locations, like i usually dont go for the quality of the chicken I go cause its got hella good tasting sauce. the wings themselves were actually rlly gooood like I coulda ate a whole order of just the plain wings. service friendly n helpful too, raven was rlly patient n helpful even tho I was taking awhile n being indecisive. there was orders ahead of me n it still came out pretty quick too

While I completely understand that the building was beyond packed and there were hundreds of orders being prepared, I don’t feel like the staff was being transparent about the wait times. I placed an order at 4pm for a pick up time of 630. When I went in to grab it, I was told it would be an hour wait. I didn’t get my food until 830.
When waiting in line, I witnessed two people grab an order that was not theirs (staff saw), as well as someone grabbed an order, left, and then returned the bag back to the shelf opened. The staff saw and did nothing about it. I would personally be disgusted if I knew a stranger had went through my bag of food before I got it.
I hope they can figure out a way to get orders out more smoothly as time goes on, because while I know a lot of customers were angry, the staff already seemed super overwhelmed and burnt out. The young lady at the counter did really well and was very kind through such chaos.
Placed mobile order at 7:21pm on 04/21/26, received email saying would be ready in 28-33 minutes. Arrived a little before 8pm and order was still not ready. Stated that it would be another 30 minutes to an hour. At 8:21pm was told it would be an additional 2 hours. Tried to call to cancel the order but was placed on hold and hung up after waiting for 45 minutes. My boyfriend went inside to cancel the order and all they would do is have him write down the name on the order and state cancel on a piece of paper. He was again told it was going to be at least another 2 hours so he put down the information and we left. It appears that walkins were being helped immediately and anyone with a online pickup or delivery were pushed off. At one point we heard one person say that for pick up mobile orders they were running 3-4 hours behind. Very poor managment for a grand opening. Especially since the opening was delayed so long. Unsure if I will return at this point as the owner supposedly walked out around 8:15pm. I'm sorry owners and managment should be the very last people leaving espcially when it is such a mess.
The amount of times I drove there to see that it was not open (even though Google said it was) FINALLY they put a sign on the door with the date. I’ve never seen such a mess from a food company (I’ve lived here my whole life) in EC before - not a good way to start things. Kind of disappointing since we live so close & my kids love it. Not sure I want to even bother anymore.
I’ve drove all the way to MN just to get wing stop & it was terrible- I had high hopes for this place! Maybe they’ll prove me wrong.
