  I ordered a simple burrito with modifications and it was no wear near busy in the lobby or in the drive through and my order took more then 5 mins, i only ordered 2 burritos. There were kids yelling and even the employee was telling the kid to be quiet. The service was slow and unacceptable, they were moving super slow and working with no urgency to even try to get my order done and right. When I nicely went up and asked for my burrito to have cheese added to the outside and grilled they made me wait ANOTHER 5 mins just to get to me so i just left. I have been to the taco bell in menomonie and i’ve never gotten treated so horribly and felt so unwelcomed. I am also a Taco bell worker so it’s upsets me to see a envoirment so sappy and just weird. Never coming here again

  Horrible. Prices go up, customers do all the work. No one at the counter. No public menu. Have to order own food at the kiosk. Welcome to worthless service and pathetic excuse of food service.

  Haven’t ever gotten my order right in the last two plus years… so sick of spending over $30 for two people to eat some garbage food that isn’t even what we ordered… also heard they have bedbugs cuz the people there so nasty, not sure if that’s true tho
