  45-minute wait after ordering ahead on the Taco Bell app, received the wrong order, and no real resolution when I went inside. Had to leave without food. Very frustrating.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I've had multiple issues with this location, most recently was tonight. Place a mobile order, get there and there's a janky handwritten sign saying "closed until midnight". Never put they were closed on the app. And why open at midnight? There were 2 employees sitting in there, even if one thing broke why would the whole store be closed?

  Waited 45 min for our food for it to be cold and to top it off there was hair in my quesadilla lobby was closed so couldn’t even take it back to get my money back. Called to complain and the phone is off the hook

  Tried to go through the drive through the other day. It looked like the place was abandoned… my daughter wanted it for supper today… get the food home and my 3 taco meal was a shell with less than handful of ingredients. Maybe 1/2 tablespoons of meat. Not even enough to cover the bottom of the hard shell… a few pieces of cheese and a sliver of lettuce… just get rid of the restaurant and build something new there… that place is useless…

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. This store is so disorganized and a mess. Long long long wait times, if you want food here it will be 30-45 minutes. As a door dasher this is the absolute worst place to pick up food from. Not to mention employees don’t even bother to interact with you in the lobby
