    Any time I’ve gone here something has gotten messed up. I know I should have learned my lesson after two screw ups, but I have faith in humanity so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Today was the last straw and I can no longer keep punishing myself by putting up with your atrocious service. The food is pretty good if you actually get it and they get your order correct.

    I went though Drive through last Sunday and ordered #6 BEEF supreme. On the screen it said beef. I live in Eleva, wi 20 minutes away. Got home started eating, look at my taco and see Chicken. Why is it i go to a taco place and have to ask for beef. And when u do ask for it u still get chicken. Will not be back.

    After waiting nearly 20 minutes to get my order, I yelled and asked if anyone was going to make my order as I look in the back and am watching her on her phone instead of working. When I received my order their was no apology, just a here you go likext was my fault, absolutely ridiculous.

    Worst fast food business in Eau Claire. The only thing consistent is the inconsistency. Orders constantly come out wrong, missing an item, falling apart, or some strange creation like someone who doesn't know the menu is guessing at what the item is. Oh, and the staff are incredibly unprofessional and frequently combative and rude when trying to get an order corrected or simply refunded so you can move on with your day. Just stay away.
