  We came on January 2, 2025. I came here with some friends. It took a few minutes of me saying hello to the loudspeaker for them to even acknowledge that I was there. The. Another 20 minutes pass by so probably around 30 minutes, there were only 2 cars in front of me. And each car took around 15 to 20 minutes. I wanted to leave the drive-through, but I could not so I was forced to stay there because it isn’t wide enough. I hope you guys find new workers who actually care a little bit about your customers! 1 out of a100 rating trash.

  Omg wow we went there today because we have been craving Taco Bell we don't live in Eau Claire so it's like a treat when we come up there we walked in and there was a person sitting on a computer chair behind the counter and another girl they didn't even acknowledge us and then finally they were like you have to order off of the screen so we did as we were ordering the two people behind the counter we're talking rudely about some other girl that was in the back I guess crying I don't know I don't care it was a very inappropriate conversation at the front some guy in the back cooking but kept coming up front to get into the middle of the conversation up front there was six Uber drivers in there waiting for their food and I guess they had been waiting for a long time we sat down and waited 45 minutes for our food out of the blue some other guy comes back in from break I'm assuming he was a younger kid he takes over cooking and the person up front that was sitting on the chair that has a cane decides they need to go outside and then asked the one guy to come off the line to go outside and then leaves the younger kid to cook which confuses me because they were busy they should have been focusing on cooking everybody's food then out of the blue another girl comes up and starts helping I'm just an utter shock at the whole experience of Taco Bell it was like watching a soap opera I don't believe I will ever go to that Taco Bell again it took everything in me not to call them out on it I have worked in food for a long time and i never would do any of that in front of the customers that place needs new management ASAP we were shoked that are food was ok but im definitely glad I dint watch them make it we should have walked out

  I went there last night and they were busy, and short staffed. I totally get it, because I used to work fast food, so I know where they were coming from. However, while making orders, one guy (with long hair) kept walking away to grab a drink, he also touched his hair with gloves on and touching the food. Another employee took a personal phone call, and they were pretty much standing there. Being short staffed really sucks, but you can't use that as an excuse, when you're poking around. I feel bad for leaving this review, because they all seemed like great people, and I feel like a hypocrite because of the fact I used to work fast food. But that was ridiculous.

  They were twenty minutes late in the food. The drive through windows closed. The manager was sitting on his butt in dinner.All three people tried to keep up with the orders. Woulda needed a microscope to see the amount of steak in the steak taco. Lame

  The manager was yelling at an employee about their drawer being short in front of guest and belittling him . It was definitely not the place to do it when your store is full of customers and people just continued to work slow as possible it took at least 15 minutes to get our food.
