Then after getting back to my hotel I open to find that someone doesn’t know how to read as I asked for black pepper and instead I got a bunch of black olives which I can’t stand - but funny thing is that I have green peppers on my sandwich but they didn’t mistake those for green olives. Called and of-course the man says sorry about that then I said ok, he then says if you come back with your sandwich I’ll make you another. You people have the receipt you can see you messed up why do I have to drive back and get another sandwich when you could easily offer me one on my next visit like any good business would do if they see it’s their fault. As you can see from my reviews I’m not someone that gives 1 stars but this is worth it. This is the Subway I have frequented many times before but I never go to this Subway again. Horrible customer service. You should really have someone out to greet your customers. Even if they are only coming in to grab a to-go order which you don’t even know if I was doing that when I came in. Read the order people it’s not that hard. Based on the fact that you don’t respond to your customers reviews on here shows you lack of concern and you don’t value your customers that can easily find somewhere else to spend their money. 😡
