  Had my daughter’s party here. We have thrown a party here before. Customer service this time was phenomenal. I have to shoutout Cici I believe her name was. She went above and beyond for our party! Never had better service. The food was on point and they were constantly checking in. Highly recommend this place.

  I know this location was closed for a while, and when it reopened I was very happy. I have been here 3 times since it reopened. The first time they exceeded my expectations. Second time it had changed. Out of chicken most of the time. My third time was today and you did not give me any reason to return. The sliced oranges should have been thrown out last week!! The chicken was all legs and backs. Not a piece of white meat. I figured it had been picked through, but then they brought out another pan of legs and backs. Guess the chickens they have don’t have any wings and breasts. I won’t be back and I really do wonder how much longer they will survive.

  Very very nice workers!!! Great customer service!! We waited in line for 10 minutes even tho we were the only ones in line and I wasn’t even upset about it but the very nice lady working at the desk gave me and my bf free buffet for the wait!! I really do appreciate it I’ve never experienced such nice customer service!! And the food was delicious definitely will be back for more soon :)

  Arrived after 6pm, quiet inside, maybe 15 ppl. Pizza buffet was pretty full w/freshly made pie. Hot buffet was a real mess as was the salad bar (salad condiments were strewn all over cooling table and had really soiled serving utensils as did hot buffet table). Both areas were in dire need of refreshing/cleaning, instead of rotating old pieces of chicken out, they put fresher on top. Dessert pies were gone and warming table/empty plates were nasty. Watched as 3 ee's stood and talked behind the wall by cashier area for quite bit (1 was wearing mgr's uniform). Younger gal with long dark hair was helpful and busy bussing tables and sweeping as was an older woman cleaning and breaking down counters. Chicken wasn't fresh tasting at all. Gravy was thickly covered with dried up gravy, mashed spuds were old and about 1/3 full, like gravy container. For the dinner rush being over, they could've at least refreshed the cold/hot buffets, with smaller portioning in containers that were clean would have been more eye appealing as well as keeping counters sanitized too. Plastic beverage glasses were almost all out. The table I sat at was clean. Don't think I will be back. Too much $ for sub par cleanliness standards and lack of food quality. I would hire the two ladies any day. Extremely pleasant & kind

  My boyfriend and I went to this Pizza Ranch on October 23rd, and it was about 7:30pm. We had to look for 10 minutes for a ‘clean’ spot to sit. The food options were very limited, and there wasn’t many pizza choices. I was a bit disappointed with how limited the options were. On a positive note, I was happy about the free pizza order with the buffet meal, AND THEN the waitress almost dropped it upside down on the table. She did apologize, but with how dirty the tables were I wouldn’t have eaten it if it had fallen solely on the table. The floor is almost worse than the food limitations. Your workers are overworked. 2 people cannot take care of an entire restaurant. If you can’t afford more workers then fire the employees that ‘don’t do anything’ and hire ones with ethics, and work experience. I’d give it another chance but only if you upgrade the food choices and the cleanliness. All the workers were friendly, so this location has something going for it, at least. Reevaluate this store as a whole, new management or not, look from a customers perspective, not corporate. You’d see it in a different light entirely. I’d be embarrassed if I was the owner, just because you own the location doesn’t mean you know how it actually operates. Go ‘undercover’ boss style, and I guarantee you’d see a major difference in quality when you’re there as corporate vs when you are there as a customer. Just a thought.
