Every condiment was empty, no deserts came out, and half of the tables were piled with plates. None of our first plates were taken from us, and we barely found any edible food at the buffet. Everything tasted like it was hours old. We requested a cookie and were told 5-10 minutes but we left after 20 minutes to go somewhere else. I really wish I would have just asked for a refund but I was embarrassed to even be inside the restaurant for any longer. Do yourself a favor and drive to Winona instead if you really want Pizza Ranch…

My biggest complaint is the selection of pizzas. We went on Friday with our kids and ordered a pepperoni pizza, that never got delivered to our table. It was placed on the buffet and gone in minutes because the selection of pizza that night was terrible for kids, and honestly not getting eaten that much by adults. It was all weird buffalo chicken and BBQ. Anytime a normal pizza came out it was gone quickly. I get that it's a buffet and you get what you get, but it was a horrible selection for picky kids.

Salads are always replenished and fresh with many ingredient choices. Restaurant is clean and staff is always friendly. I'll go to destination for family Pizza choice.

This was our attempt to try out Pizza Ranch again after new owners taking over, since the last times we tried to order with them our order was not only wrong, they then didn’t have the food available to fill our order when we attempted to get that rest of our order we paid for. We normally like the food at pizza ranch, but this is just disappointing that even under new ownership they can’t fulfill orders or provide any options to speak with someone so we can cancel our order almost 2 hours after placing our order. Unacceptable!

We heard there was a new owner and we're glad we took a chance and stopped in today. 100% turnaround. The new owner has taken it from a 3 to a 10. Great Pizza, tender/juicy chicken and the best brewed sweet tea. All the food was fresh and delicious. We live an hour away and will make the trip back just to eat here. Thanks for making this Pizza Ranch awesome again!
