- AEAdison EscoeAug 26, 20255.0So I ordered a signature sausage pizza for a buy 1 get 1 free deal on DoorDash and DoorDash put the order in so wonky and I got my pizza and it came with no cheese or sauce but that was what the DoorDash order told them to do I am pregnant and brainless so I didn’t really read the fine print so I called the store thinking it was their fault, the guy working fully explained to me what happened I was upset that DoorDash was misleading like that but also accepted that this was partially my fault due to not reading the exact fine print, the guy who helped me his name is Sergio and he still made me 2 new pizzas free of charge that were the ones I wanted! And mind you he made these pizzas 30 minutes before closing! He made my pregnant emotional self so happy and it made my whole night I’m tight on money so getting a pizza I spent my last $20 on that I was disappointed in was so heartbreaking to me but Sergio made sure I got a satisfying experience and left with a tasty pizza! I can’t thank him enough for his great customer service and understanding of the situation we need more people like him working in food service! I hope he gets a raise in the near future because he deserves it! I will be a forever customer for this experience!
