I ordered a bagel and a hash brown and Julia gave me my order total without allowing me to order any other food. She didn't ask me if that completed my order. She just rushed me forward like I was an inconvenience to her. I was supposed to be ordering for six people. The other McDonald's will have to get my order because I'm not going through the drive-thru again. Someone needs to coach Julia in drive-thru and remind her that without customers you don't have a paycheck. Customers are the reason you're there.
