  Jimmy Johns costumer service is so bad. If you decide to go into the store to order you'll be asked hi, how are you then if you ask back the same question they'll just look at you high as hell. Then you'll just have ask what sandwich you want cause it's awkward and the employee dosent know what to do. You want to make it a better experience for everyone so when you get your sandwich you say thank you. The person will look at you disgusted and say nothing. You'll leave feeling like a jerk. Unfortunately Cousin Subs closed down so I go to Jimmy John's again trying to get a good sandwich. I go to the drive through this time since I don't want to interact with the staff as much since they think the guest are just too much. The speaker dosent work and I ask a few times if yall there and just nothing. I go up to the drive through window and just order, no complaints. I ask for my sandwich and said no cheese and yall charged me for it. I called and they told me to come back for a 2 dollar refund. So here I am posting this review. Told me to call corporate. Here's my 2 dollars of work in writing.
