  I’ve ordered from here 4 times now. Every time has taken at least 20 mins longer than the pickup time said it would. Every time I’ve went it’s showed order is complete before I go inside and I’ve had to wait. Today I waited 30 mins before I went to go get my food so I’d have more time to eat during my lunch. But I still waited over 10 mins in the store. When I placed the order it said 7-12 mins. Now for the food 2 of the 4 times I’ve been the fires have been undercooked. And if you’re used to the extra fries in the bag don’t count on it. Sometimes you get them sometimes you don’t. Which is really disappointing because the fries is probably the best part.

  The food and service was ok. VERY disappointed they used peanut oil to fry the fries. Highly highly doubt ill go back because of the peanut oil and peanuts.

  The burger was cooked fully and the quantity was great. The food was good but to be honest the burger didn’t have much flavor even with onion mushroom tomato pickles and lettuce . The food wasn’t fast but wasn’t slow to come out . The cleanliness was horrible . If it’s going to be that dirty please put out Lysol wipes so we can clean our spots. So I noticed all the tables were dirty . A shake was spilled by the garage . I was there for an hour and a half and it was there before I got there. I didn’t see one person clean. The chairs had food on them at my table, my table was sooo dirty and there were ketchup containers and wrappers on the floor. It was very messy and loud in there $18 burger , soda , small fry etc

  Very dirty! Food all over the floors dirty tables and fries were not cooked enough. I used to love this place atleast in other areas. Looks like a dirty taco bell now

  I ordered a milkshake and a plain bacon cheeseburger with regular fries... received half of a milk shake (literally not even half the cup was full), a burger with everything on it and a very small fry. Turns out the place handed the wrong bag DIRECTLY TO ME without so much as calling a number out, likenthey knew it was for me. There was a family of 3 eating there, but otherwise no one else. Conned me out of nearly $20 and I didn't even get dinner. Also, the person making the shakes was very rude. He mumbled and when asked to clarify, he mumbled more and looked angry toward us. I come from a place that had a fantastic Five Guys... this place is as shady as a back alley Burger King. The guy at the register was GREAT and friendly, but sadly he was the only positive point to the whole experience.
