  Second DD visit. Second store. First was a disaster. Appreciated the lukewarm Chai Team ( it was coldbout and I wanted hot).

  Ordered through Grubhub. My chai latte was coffee with chai syrup, not what I ordered. The iced chai was not chai. Don't even know what that was. The iced vanilla latte had no vanilla in it. The munchkins were stale and tasted like there were rotten. Only thing that was decent-ish was the has browns and the soggy cold hashbrowns. Grubhub only always for a refund on one item.

  This was the avocado toast I was given a few days ago, not to mention I ordered the snackin' bacon and there was only 4 tiny pieces in the bag. It looks as though they took the slices that should have been it the bag and just threw them on top. I went inside to tell them I needed my toast remade and not burnt. It was brought out to me by a woman with short hair and glasses. She threw in on the counter with an attitude, didnt even look at me, and walked off. Got out to my car and took a bite of the new "toast" and it wasn't toasted at all, maybe warmed up but not toasted. I didnt have time to go back in and say anything because I would have been late for work, but please do better.

  Terrible customer service. Walked inside to pick up a mobile order, waited for 20 minutes. Had 5 employees walk right past me, look me in my eyes and continue by. Not a word, looking at me but not speaking a word, acting like I wasn't even there. It takes two seconds to ask a customer what they need, and tell them it'll be right up. So I walked out, went through the drive thru and was able to get my order in less than two minutes. I'll never step foot inside this establishment again; always select drive thru mobile order otherwise the employees won't acknowledge your existence. Coffee was pretty good, but hash browns were soggy and the bagel was pretty stale. Good price for the meal deal though. Donuts also good but they put it upside down in the bag so the frosting got smeared.
