  The pizza was underwhelming as the pizzas did not have enough cheese. There were pieces on both pizzas that were missing cheese. The parmesan and cinnamon bread were amazing and the service was friendly and everything was ready on time.

  Ordered a few items and the time to deliver was around a half hour but it actually came quicker than I was told. Food was still hot and fresh like ordering right from inside.

  It only takes one! I have always had a great experience with this domino, until today. I’m not feeling well and so I decided to order chicken and have it delivered. I apparently live on the outside of their deliveries zone and so I got the assistant manager this evening at 5:07 PM December 8. This guy was rude and obnoxious. He came off very arrogant, starting off with a lie telling me that they’ve always done it for me, which I’ve never mentioned at all. In fact, I shared that I’ve always been satisfied with their customer service. When I asked the man of his name, he asked me why would I tell you that.? But he was kind enough to tell me he was the assistant manager what a difference today makes.

  Ordered delivery last night, I used to be a delivery driver so I knew they could only bring 15 dollars in change so I let them know over the phone that I had only a 50 and they said they would tell the driver and have them bring extra change. Fast forward the driver has only “15” dollars of change for my 50 (the order was 15 and I was gonna tip 5) then it turns out it was only 13 dollars he gave me. I call the store to complain and they say they will send him back with change; which literally never happend… and not even to mention my lava cakes were beat to a pulp. Horrible horrible experience and I still want my change.

  Online ordering was down so I had to call into the store to order my pickup order, which isn't a big deal except for the person who took my order was obviously not a domino's employee and was an outsource from India. The order was taken just fine so no hate towards India this time.. when I arrived at the store to pay and pickup the worker behind the counter was excellent. He realized I didnt have a coupon added to my order and attached the best coupon amd saved me almost $10! Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the quality of the food. I remember domino's being a premium product but this food compared to 10 years ago was disappointing. Its been a few years since I ordered domino's and my memory of the food was much better than what I was served.. not sure if I was the workers fault for making a crappy pizza or the company changing proportions of ingredients but I assume its the latter. Probably wont eat here again which is sad because I enjoyed the service as It was memorable.
