During this time, I watched multiple customers get out of their cars and receive their food before mine was even being prepared. Nearly 30 minutes after my promised pickup time, I went inside to ask about my order, and only then did someone have my food ready. This is completely unacceptable and defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. If I were a CEO, I would be absolutely furious with how this franchise is being run right now.
