- MSMelissa Strenke-ShepherdMar 9, 20241.0Me and my husband went there and I cannot say enough of how disappointed I was. We each ordered the Philly cheese steak with cheese & bacon fries. We proceeded to wait for our food for over 45 minutes, and when we got it the fries were cold, the cheese was ice cold, and the bacon on top was literally still frozen, and forgot to put half the toppings on our sandwich. My Husband took our food back up and the 1 worker that was there proceeded to tell him he was late for work and didn't have time to heat anything up.
