    I love caribou. I consistently get a quality beverage every time. The only problem is that I have become addicted and I spend way too much money here, but I’ve also saved so much using the rewards program. If you are a loyalist to another popular national coffee chain I would recommend giving this Midwest coffee shop a try

    Hey, I would just love a single napkin if I get a food item. Especially a handheld breakfast sandwich with cheese. Is it policy to only give napkins upon request? Are we saving money here? This was drive-thru.

    I came in on 12/14/25 while I was in town visiting a friend. It didn't look too busy when I went in but took a couple of minutes until someone noticed me and took my order. The order taker asked for my perks number but didn't verify the name. I didn't think much of it until I was waiting about 4-5 minutes for my drink which was entered not under my perks name but someone else's. One of the girls asked what I waiting for and I said my drink which she pointed at the drink that I ordered and I just answered that that name wasn't my name. She apologized and just said there's no other name on the screen and that's your drink. I looked at her and just accepted it and left. I had a free drink that I was going to use which I think would've been better if I just did a mobile order instead of in-person. I would suggest having the workers double check the name on the perks account just to prevent something like this happening again in the future.
