The drink was iced when it should have been hot and looked nothing like the picture. Apparently you have to ask for it to look like the picture- it doesn't come that way. Very disappointing.

Employees throwing cups of ice down eachothers back while waiting in line, screaming doing cartwheels shotgunning energy drinks and burping loud and obnoxious. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. That all has to be on camera it was literally like watching wild animals. Drink took awhile and the wait for it was awkward having to sit there with my son and explain to him how to never act like that at your job or you'll end up getting fired

The employee that took my order was friendly and patient when I asked questions and went out of her way to grab me a paper menu. The line went much faster than I expected and my drink was great. Will definitely come back again.
