  Got stuck trying to back out of my parking spot after eating at Fazoli's. No one would let me back up and leave for like 15 minutes as the line for 7brew ran directly through the parking lot. Really bad set up with how the drive thru runs. Ended up coming back later to get a coffee, it was good and pretty quick. I noticed that Fazoli's ended up having to put cones blocking the through traffic. This isn't necessarily 7brew's fault, but their feining customers.

  Jill is my favorite barista, what a delightful person to chat with while waiting for my drink which was delicious

  The best! Way faster than the other location across town too! Never a long line going out of the parking line!!

  Service was quick considering the line to get drinks. Order staff member was rude and pushing you through the line. Not taking into consideration that it was my first time there trying to figure out the menu and the order procedure. Easier for me to go somewhere I'm familiar with since here there's no patience for a new customer.

  I love 7brew to death but the new location is not up to par with the clairemont location at all. Constantly slow, workers standing around chatting, staff is so cold and rude and make you feel like a nuisance. I’ve given this spot 5 tries and am yet to have good service here. Whatever training you guys used at clairemont needs to be applied to this location as well because I’m not the only person who’s noticed the lackluster performance
