  We went to support my child's school last night, and was shocked at the employee behavior. Swearing, yelling out orders, calling customers names. The kids were scared, the parents didn't know what to do. It is too bad for this to happen any day, but especially when there is a school fundraiser happening. An embarrassing representation of DQ and the owner.

  Employees swore at a customer while at this location. As a former fast food employee you should never swear at a customer whether they are right or wrong.

  Came in today after my sons 1st grade concert (it was busy of course it was lunch and 1st graders from Altoona got out early) there was only 3 people working the floor/kitchen it was chaotic and they were stressed but they all had great attitudes and hopeful for a better afternoon you'll killed it today!

  When I came there I got my food and waited 20 minutes, a bit a bunch of girls surrounded my boyfriend to get his number! We then tried to ask for an extra bag, twice! To double bag our items, which we told the employees and we never got it! The employees must be slobs, by how many times we asked for help on our order! Then my food fell onto the ground and I was offered no help and told to clean it myself! Even, though I told them about it! Never coming back and don’t get dinner tonight! No thanks to the employees working tonight!

  When I drop $20+ on an ice cream cake, it should be in a package that doesn't give out in the middle. I don't care how good it is if they cut corners so poorly the containers they package it in can't even support it. In conclusion, if you like 2026 prices for Temu quality in a place where only the single occupancy female bathroom is an option, this is the place for you.
