  Amazing experience, our waiter Carter went above and beyond with his service. Highly recommend this Bdubs. We came in close to closing with a party of 5 and they treated us with the upmost respect. Thankful for them being open with us having a 5 hour ride home, it was definitely needed. Carter deserves a raise!

  we were missing a drink and a fry from our order. Unfortunately, we also found hair in the food. Sanitation should be number one. The food was okay. My chicken was spongy. The fries were good, though.

  Grabbed takeout and all the food was hot and delicious when we got home. Didn't have to wait long for order.

  My husband and I went here for a quick lunch while doing errands. The service was excellent, the food was good. However the dark interior and almost non existent lighting was horrible. When I spoke to the staff they responded with "yes, we hear that often". I pulled out my phone flashlight to read the menu easier.

  We walked into Buffalo Wild Wings today and immediately noticed that all the current guests were seated together in a cluster of tables near the front or at the bar, leaving multiple open booths further away in quieter areas. The couple ahead of us politely asked to sit in one of those booths a short distance away. The host said he needed to “ask,” but instead went to the bar and chatted with another staff member for a while. When he came back, he directed them to sit at the bar instead. When it was our turn, we asked if we could sit in one of the open booths away from the group, something we’ve done many times before without any issue. The host told us no and said our only options were to sit in the crowded section or at the bar. Because of this, we decided to leave — the first time we’ve ever walked out of a Buffalo Wild Wings. The experience felt unprofessional, especially given some of the comments the host made while speaking with the customers before us. We’ve never had a problem with any other staff members here, which made this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, we’re now unsure if or when we’ll return, especially if this is the level of service to expect.
