  I ordered the two crispy fish for $7 with extra tartar. When I got my food there was no extra tartar on my fish. I went up to the counter and asked the young girl could I please have a little cup of tartar. She walks over by the register and said she's going to have to charge me. I told her if they would have put extra tartar on my fish like I asked you wouldn't have to charge me for that little cup of extra tartar. Her response was they put as much tartar as they're allowed. I looked at her in disbelief. I walked away and sat down and ate my fish. I will never ever eat at this Arby's. Very poor customer service. And that girl should be fired. The best Arby's for customer service and fresh food is the 1 in Chippewa falls

  Great service. The team was working well together and so friendly to every customer. I dont normally sit down to eat at fast food restaurants. But this Arby's is a treat to sit down and enjoy a meal at.
