  Very positive experience. The young lady that took our order, brought it to us and placed it right in front of us with a happy little chat. She is a trainee! A wonderful asset for that location.

  Dearest Delavan Readers…I would like to tell you a story about McDonald’s in Delavan. Today, Saturday March 7th, my husband and six year old son purchased food inside at McDonald’s and sat and watched 20+ cars get food, multiple door dashes get food and yet they got nothing. After over 25 minutes he asks for his money back and the employee was extremely rude, took five minutes to get his money back, and then kicked him out of the store. He asked to speak to a manager and the lady stated there was no manager on site and she wasn’t going to hear anything he had to say and if he didn’t leave she would call the cops for trespassing. My husband was not disrespectful towards them but yet got treated like he was a criminal for asking for his money back and asking to speak to a manager. McDonald’s you have disappointed us on a whole new level.

  The cook screwed up my sandwich! Steak English muffin no onions or cheese! There was NO EGG ON the sandwich. I called, it goes to VOICEMAIL which is full. Call back, same thing!
