  I ordered online at 4:57and didn’t realize they closed at 5:00. I got off work and went to get it and they were leaving. I don’t understand why they didn’t just cancel the order instead of me going all the way there and not getting my money back. It was a few minutes before they close so just void the order. I have no way to refund the order on the app.

  This Jimmy johns is a nightmare. Workers are always a disaster. 90% of the time when I show up in the afternoon it is closed hours early even when they are supposed to be open and it says they are online. Very frustrating to drive all the way there when it says they’re open and the doors are locked. Terrible service.

  Placed on online order for 6:15pm which processed online taking my money and my coupon off my account. Arrived at the location at 6:15pm to find it is closed regardless of online orders being opened and google saying the store is open until 8pm. Don't even have a way to process a refund online for the order.

  The young man who made my sandwich at 5:15pm(ish) 9/22 killed it. Spot on how I ordered it online. This almost never happens. Following directions with the details should not be taken for granted. “Big things have small beginnings”. Much appreciated!!
