  Over an hour and 15 minutes for delivery WITHIN the city limits. Constant excuses. This was ordered at 1:18pm FINALLY got here at 2:32pm

  Yesterday, Sat.10/5, at about 5pm I went to the DeForest Jimmy John's. I must tell you how impressed I was overall!! Our sandwiches were perfect, and the friendliness of the employees, the decor, and the cleanliness of the restaurant were all excellent. As it was almost supper time, they were pretty busy. I was particularly impressed with the sandwich maker, Michael (name on receipt). He couldn't be fazed. He worked steadily, efficiently and pleasantly. I watched him make every sandwich with great care, while maintaining his friendliness and cool. He deserves a raise and recognition. Thank you. Karen Saley

  Fast is definitely not the name of the game here. Kathy who often answers the phone is one of the rudest people I’ve had the opportunity to speak with. My most recent order was placed before the store opened at 9:34a for delivery between 10:15-10:30. When I called when my food had not arrived by 10:30 Kathy argued that their clock had a different time and it was already out for delivery. My food arrived 15 minutes late. If you want to time delivery to work breaks, good luck to you.
