We used the mobile app, pulled into the drive thru, and despite only a handful of cars ahead of us, the wait was ridiculously long. By the time we reached the window, the employee handed us the wrong drinks and was clearly overwhelmed, bags stacked everywhere, no attention to what she was doing, and absolutely no sense of urgency. When we politely pointed out the mistake, instead of fixing it, she got openly hostile. No apology. No accountability. Didn’t even bother to give us straws. This is not the first time this McDonald’s has dropped the ball, but it is absolutely the last time we’ll be giving them our business. There’s also no reliable way to contact a manager at this location, which tells you everything you need to know about how it’s run. We’ll be reaching out directly to the district manager because this level of incompetence and attitude is unacceptable. Avoid this store unless you enjoy long waits, wrong orders, and rude service.
- CDcailey dornerOct 26, 20252.0at first they gave us the wrong order, then they gave me a dr pepper that was more like flavored water, the syrup was out. this happened prior to that a week ago with the same thing and they ending up refunding me because they didn’t know what was wrong. So i told them that the dr pepper was out and they offered me a different drink so i chose coke, when they gave it to me it was also out and tasted watery. i gave it back and the worker i assume went to the front and used that machine and got me a coke from there, that one was fine, still not great but whatever i didn’t want to hold the line anymore. its just crazy to me that this happened twice to me and no one else had said anything about the soda being out?
