You’re never open when you say you are…someone will reply to this that they’re sorry for this inconvenience and to go fill out a complaint on the website…why? It doesn’t get fixed, it’s been like this for years now. The posted operating hours are just someone’s wishful thinking and cannot be relied upon.

No matter what time you come here it will take forever. It can be 7am or 2am on a Tuesday, it will take at least 5 minutes for someone to talk on the speaker at the drive thru. They should require order pickup only to keep it at a normal pace.

I was in the drive thru line for 20 min and finally reached the screen to order when an employee came out and told me they're closing the 2nd lane. I was told I can either go I side or go to the back of the line in the 1st lane.

Got a 5 dollar meal burger with no onions and pickles, and a chocolate shake, when I was first handed the shake it was completely melted, then when I got my burger they forgot to put cheese on my burger and added a whole bunch of ketchup that it ended up all over my top bun, the workers there seems super sweet, but the teenagers working the line didn’t.

I am a DoorDash driver. I came to this McDonald’s because the order said it was ready and here the lady there had already cleared the order which meant that my time on my DoorDash was gonna be bad and my food was gonna be late. It took 25 mins for the food to get ready and it was already supposed to be ready because the restrauant. Said it was and she didn’t even start it till I arrived and was there 15 mins. And never acknowledged me. I’d explained her the situation and she was very rude to me. She said she was a manager to call her other manager back at eight. I did that and he was completely rude. Hung up on me and said no we’re not doing this. We’ll do whatever we want, I think for being a professional manager that that guy should not have acted the way he Dead or the girl if they are managers, they are taught to deal with customers and then my DoorDash order wasn’t even right so I ended up getting a two star from my order. Management there is the worst. Do not go there for door dash.
