I am a DoorDash driver. I came to this McDonald’s because the order said it was ready and here the lady there had already cleared the order which meant that my time on my DoorDash was gonna be bad and my food was gonna be late. It took 25 mins for the food to get ready and it was already supposed to be ready because the restrauant. Said it was and she didn’t even start it till I arrived and was there 15 mins. And never acknowledged me. I’d explained her the situation and she was very rude to me. She said she was a manager to call her other manager back at eight. I did that and he was completely rude. Hung up on me and said no we’re not doing this. We’ll do whatever we want, I think for being a professional manager that that guy should not have acted the way he Dead or the girl if they are managers, they are taught to deal with customers and then my DoorDash order wasn’t even right so I ended up getting a two star from my order. Management there is the worst. Do not go there for door dash.

Open 24 hours, yet I pull up and they tell me they’re closed for “right now.” I had already paid for my food through curbside and it said they started the order so i couldn’t cancel it and get my money back. Don’t advertise being open 24 hours if you all are just gonna close randomly.

I got a kids meal and some other stuff. The kids meal was the big thing. No boo basket that was fine when I asked little rude. The rest of our conersation was off after that. The fries were rock hard and the drink had ice which I asked for no ice. Overall bad experience.

The lady at the drive thru at around 9:50 pm on October 29 was extremely rude to my husband for no reason. The lobby closed over an hour earlier than what is posted on the door, and when my husband politely inquired about it, she was so nasty to him about it and proceeded to be very passive aggressive to him during the rest of the transaction (even calling him “ma’am” multiple times…). We both work in customer service so we completely understand that sometimes you have bad days, but treating customers like that for no reason is so uncalled for.

Lady at register is always very rude when I see her. Yanking the $ out of my hand; scaring my 6 year old daughter and even making HER question it just by the way she was speaking to me/acting; talking over me, the lady at drive thru register even got talked to by another staff AS I’m encountering this, Tried going back for a second time and we ended up waiting in the drive through with other cars behind me as said register lady yapped with a customer for over 5 minutes. Making it a longer wait; and as the truck pulled forward; she continued to YELL at this truck continuing her conversation… very awkward and my child is now scared to come back to this location due to feeling uncomfortable. Sad.
