  I just got back from being proposed to. He takes me afterwards is a Dunkin donuts. Nothing can get better than this!!!!

  Went there last Saturday at 8am! It was fairly busy but 5 people in back and only 3 working! Waited 10 minutes then left. No management skills displayed!!

  Stopped by yesterday afternoon to get an after school snack with my daughter. Female at the register taking our order was RUDE. “Can you give me your order quickly?!?!?” This was after waiting approximately 5 minutes to even order. Should have been my sign to go somewhere else. After repeating my order at least 3 times because she couldn’t follow. We sat down to wait for our drinks, my daughters took about 5 minutes, 20 minutes later we finally got my drink, which was not correct (I didn’t try it before we left) we then had to ask for the donuts we ordered and paid for but never got. She did not remember we had ordered donuts and seemed inconvenienced to give us the items we had paid for. I’m fairly certain she was working under the influence of some substance and impaired, based on her reactions and actions. Poor service, poor attitude, incorrect drinks and mediocre food, needless to say we won’t be back. Well check out another one or go to a local coffee place from now on.

  We’ve had good service at our visits to Dunkin in the past. Today was different. I placed an online order over minutes ago. Went though drive thru. Sat in drive thru for 15-20 mins (which is crazy!). Decided to go inside to grab the donuts. Stayed in line for another 15 minutes waiting in line. They were short staffed and the cashier made all of the drinks each time she took an order. When it was my turn, I let her know that I had a pre-order placed. She directed me to that other counter and said it should be ready and that someone would get it to. Well, no one did. As workers passed me by, I had to flag someone down to get their attention. Told them that I’ve been waiting 30 mins for donuts I preordered 40 mins ago. Shared how long we waited. She then said “no one told her” that I was waiting. Well, maybe I would if I could actually get someone to help me. Never going here again. No apologies but blamed th customer that I didn’t “tell” someone.

  I have no idea how this place is in business. After waiting at the register for 10 minutes my wife, my daughter, and myself had to leave. There were literally 4 people in front of us that were waiting for their food. The drive thru wasn't too busy. As we were getting ready to head back out to our vehicle, we were finally acknowledged. Waiting for 10 minutes just to be acknowledged? This isn't a high class restaurant. It's fast food. I would hate to see how this staff actually handles any sort of a rush. This is why entry-level jobs don't pay $15 an hour. I wouldn't have left a review, but they have a sign up saying that you can spin the wheel and get free food if you leave a 5 star review. Kind of pathetic.
