I would say about 75-80% of the time I put my order in ahead of time, I still have to go back and stand and wait for them to start it. It takes me 10-12 minutes to get to this location. The last time I went there, my drink was actually ready, but it was only 1/2 full. I went to the other side to ask for the rest of the coffee and the guy working did his usual and ignored me. Finally one of the ladies working came over and I asked if I could get the drink filled. She talked to the guy and he muttered that "it said less ice." She was kind enough to put some more coffee in, but I'll avoid this location going forward. It's disappointing as the service used to be good.
