  It’s getting to the point where every time I come here I NEVER get any help at the drive through. What’s the point of having a drive-through with? No one’s going to be there to assist customers. I was leaving there in a line of three cars to which everybody ended up driving off anyways. We’re not busy, very empty lobby no cars.

  I went through drive thru only ordered 2 items and the guy was a real rude person .I used to always buy ice cream cakes get gift cards. They lost my business ,ill go up the road to culvers in depere

  Brought my little sister here to get some ice cream today. We tried going through the drive though right at 9:45, but we sat there for 5 minutes without a response from anyone. Eventually I said something, and immediately a lady said that they were closed. I mentioned that the website says they close at 10 on Saturdays, and the lady said “have a good night” very rudely and then did not respond to me afterwards. My little sister was upset and crying, and it’s not because she didn’t get ice cream, but because of how rude the staff was to us. As we were leaving, I saw the entire staff sitting on their phones. I understand that we could have stopped on by a little bit sooner, but it does not mean they have the right to be rude. A simple “sorry, but we started closing early today” would have been enough. We ended up going to the Culver’s right down the road and got ice cream in under a minute with polite service. Don’t recommend for anyone with kids or young ones, they’ll be extremely dissatisfied.
