I’ve consistently gotten soup-like blizzards from this DQ. It’s not the classic experience where they tip the blizzard upside-down before handing it to you. Probably because the blizzard would run out. It’s not firm ice cream that looks like ice cream icebergs at the top of the blizzard, but runny upon receiving it. There also seems to consistently be less added in to the blizzards than what a typical DQ experience of getting a blizzard would be. It’s too bad because I don’t know where to find a good blizzard in Green Bay/De Pere area. The other locations are the same result. I’ve spent too much money trying again and again, and gotten the same result, so I just won’t be going back to support this DQ 😞

UPDATE:
As expected, I received the lame 'form letter' type response from DQ.
I ordered a small Hot Fudge Sundae. What I got was a cup with a VERY small amount of fudge that was put around the top edge of the cup where the snap on cover meets the cup. The total amount of fudge couldn't have been a teaspoon.
Needless to sat I am very disappointed for the product I received for the $4.20 I paid.
I would have gone back & complained immediately, but I was trying to get in a quick snack before I continued on my way.
I've received sub-par product from this DQ in the past.
I won't be going back.

update your closing hours — it says 10 pm but you actually close at 9. I drove 15 minutes for nothing.

Do not order through the DQ app, this store is unable to make things like cupcakes that are available to be ordered right in the DQ app. On two occasions this has happened to me. Once was pick up and they offered me dilly bars instead which I’m sure is not an equal trade. The second time was a delivery order and door dash drivers (multiple) continued to go to the store and they were unable to complete the order. DD wasn’t able to cancel the order and DQ tells me they can’t cancel it either… if I order from the DQ app and you farm out delivery to a third party you should own that order and be able to cancel it! What a nightmare for no good reason because we all know you could make a cupcake….

They have a sign in the drive thru that says if your blizzard is not served to you upside down then the next one is free. Worker handed it to me right side up so I asked for my free blizzard. She went to get a different worker. That worker said “we don’t do that here”. I said it’s on the sign. She said “yeah I know but what I was told is we don’t do that at this store”.
