  I love this coffee shop so much! No bad things to say, except when I went through today, I got a size small of the mint cooler drink, and I got charged for a size medium It seemed like…. The size medium was $6.32, and I got charged even more than a size medium, $6.42 ..(?) I did bring it up to the lady who was there, but didn’t seem to get too many answers and I didn’t wanna cause any trouble. Coffee was great, but I definitely think I was overcharged:(

  Always a polite staff and great coffee! I don’t live locally to a caribou but when I’m in Green Bay it’s a must stop for hubby and I. We also enjoy the puppy cups, Thank you so much!!

  I ordered a small and the medium is only a few cents more? According to their menu.These places are charging Way more than the value of drinks. Way too expensive.

  This is my favorite Caribou location in town. It’s very close to where I live, and I love the easiness of their app to order online. I frequent pretty regularly, and the staff here has caught onto that, too, because I’ll pull up and they’ll say “Hello Abby, you can pull forward!” (Lol!). Little things like that mean a lot to me, though. They pay attention and they care. 🩷 Sophia is usually the one at the drive thru window when I go in the mornings, and she has such positive energy and it really starts my day off in a great way! I can never say enough about how much I love Caribou. You hire the friendliest people, and you have the best coffee. I’d rate higher than 5 stars if I could. ☺️
