Finally weeks later they gave me my order. Tonight I ordered a sundae for $8 (outrageous) they didn’t have chocolate fudge and claimed to not have the Jamocha flavor even though I was looking right at it. Finally left and got home. No toppings THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR were on my sundae. I never write poor reviews and am usually very understanding but not in this case. This location needs to be shut down. They give Baskin-Robbins a bad name and reputation. It’s a joke over there. I’ll never go back.

They handed me my shake, that they just made and it was completely liquid. It was the consistency of milk you mix chocolate powder into. It was like they took a big cup of milk and blended it was a teaspoon of ice cream. That is the second time I've been there and the second time I got poor product quality, and a standard menu item they had listed was put of stock.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
