My food was made before a driver was even confirmed and sat on the counter top for 50 minutes before it got picked up. I know this because I called to see if I could pick it up myself after 15 mins of no confirmed driver. I’m upset because my food was cold when I got it. The food should not have been prepared right away and instead should have been prepared when the driver got there. Now I’m eating $30 worth of cold Taco Bell
